The Hurlingham Club

Redworx MEP undertook the Mechanical CAT B fitout of the west wing refurbishment. Given the age of the building and a reduced pack of existing information, our point cloud team undertook full surveys and modelled the building and project to ensure there were not spatial fit challenges when it came to the installation. There was a new restaurant and commercial kitchen installed.

The fit out included full chiller replacements, which were built in situ, along side BMS upgrades and fire compliance upgrades.

Dedicated DX cooling was installed to critical rooms, alongside the new AHUs being installed the existing AHUs were all refurbished and upgraded.

All works were carried out whilst the building remained live and in occupation by the club to keep day to day use of the club open to its members.
